Step By Step Care, Inc. is currently seeking qualified applicants for the following positions:

• Licensed Professionals: Must have a license that is recognized by the North Carolina Licensing Board. Examples include: Licensed Therapist, Licensed Social Workers, Psychologist, Medical Doctors and/or Psychiatrists.
• Qualified Professionals: Must have a four-year degree from an accredited university with at least 2 years in serving the mental health population. We prefer a human services degree such as (Psychology, Sociology, Social Work and/or Counseling).
• Associate Professional: Must have a four-year degree from an accredited university in any field.
• Para-Professional: Must have a high school diploma and have experience in mental health.
