Consumers are provided person centered, individualized treatment elements on a one-on-one basis from qualified trained professionals to meet their specific needs. These services are of a more clinical corrective relationship in which therapeutic interactions are dominant. Services are designed to address the functioning level of the youth and the cognitive level of the adult, as well as provide them with training in anger management, communication, and life and social skills, along with a full variety of planned activities and interventions to enhance their involvement in the communities in which they live. Focus is broadened to include assisting consumers in adapting alternative coping mechanisms, skill building on a variety of issues, symptoms management, as well as, improving relationships with others. Our staff of professionals work closely with parents/guardians and other agency officials including, social workers, teachers, case managers, primary care physicians, court appointed representatives and many other professional supports who may have in interest in the well being of the person served. Our organization also provides periodic therapeutic counseling services by Licensed Professionals on an individual or family basis, where challenges exist.
